1.Can you provide me your catalogue?
We have thousands of products, especially for garden solar lighting, garden wall decor, bird friendly, resin magnets, resin outdoor statues, water globe etc. Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. But you will need to pay for the freight of them.
If you need the customized samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation if your quantity of the order is more than our requirement. Pls contact with us to confirm the quantity.
3.Will I have to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?
It is best if you can supply your artwork as AI, PDF, 3D file, high resolution JPG format file.
However if this is not possible,we have a professional team. You only need to tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into the samples. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
4.How long will the sample be finished?
It's usually 5-8 days after you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5.What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is not the same based on different items.Small orders are also welcome, but the unit price is also difference from wholesale price.
6.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 25 to 35 days.
8.What's your after-sales service?
We keep one eye on the feedback for each shipment from customers, and are responsible for the quality of products. Any complaints will be followed up shortly after, and we are honest to work with customers to sort out any problems that occurs.For all the products, All of our goods are 100% tested working before sent to you. We're 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it's caused by our improper package.
